Terrible experience, the salesperson constantly increase the price and when asked they just reply sorry this is the price it might be miscommunication. DO NOT GO TO THIS CO WORKING YOU WOULD REGRET. I am a new business owner. It has it's bittersweet moments but I never thought like giving up until I experience the treatment I received from Regus. I moved in February 1, 2022 and I canceled my services March 1, 2022. A total of 30 days and I am already leaving. The lack of customer service skills, time lapse in responses, and the fact it took me ending my agreement for someone to email shows how much they wanted me out. I guess being an African American, we will never belong anywhere. 😡😡😡
